          Text Box: Notice: The two scroll bars on the right hand side of your screen. The Scroll bar closest to you will scroll the actual rent roll up and down giving you the ability to go to the top and the bottom of the rent roll itself. The scroll bar all the way to the right of the page will scroll the entire page up and down giving you the ability to quickly go to the Interactive calculation which allows you to alter the income and expense figures. This is helpful when performing quick projections with respect to anticipated rent increase/decrease and or expenses that may not be present that you would like to add or vice versa.
